Meet your Postpartum Doula
My name is Laura-Jean Costa. I am a wife and mother of 3 (hence the three sweet peas). My love for babies and caregiving began at a very early age. At just 10 years old, I started babysitting and discovered my passion for nurturing and supporting young ones. That fascination has grown into a deep commitment to providing unwavering emotional, physical, and informational support to postpartum families. Which is why I started Three Sweet Peas Doula. My journey into parenthood has been my greatest adventure thus far, and it's fueled my desire to extend a helping hand to fellow parents during the postpartum period. Having experienced three c-sections and navigating three very different and often overwhelming breastfeeding journeys, I'm here to offer you not only professional support but also personal understanding and encouragement.
